For over two decades, I’ve led strategy and innovation at the intersection of design and human experience—guiding organizations through complexity to create transformative products, services, and ventures.
With deep expertise in building new products and services from the ground up, I bring together user-centered research, vision-setting, and hands-on execution—guiding teams from early concept through prototyping to implementation.
